The family brewery BERNARD in Humpolec reached a number of successes and every year gets another prestigious awards. You can meet the brand BERNARD not only in Czech republic but also in many other countries. In 2009 the brewery reached a limit of 200 thousands hectoliters of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer.

In their 20 years of existence the brand BERNARD became a term and has won many awards in various competitions. The next target is to become an iconic brand.

Customer requirements:

To increase the capacity of the filling line it was necessary to integrate into the line a new bottle inserter with higher capacity for compact and half crates.

Our solution:

Atrima has designed an unique inserter which enables to insert into compact or half crates bottles of 0,5 l or 0,33 l volume.

The inserter works in cycles and can be used as inserter or unloader. By inserting the bottles arrive on the shifting table and are sorted in individual rows. The crates come on a separate conveyor and are separated in two lines. The gripping head takes the bottles and puts them into the crates. Exact and safe inserting is ensured by a guiding frame.
