Customer description:

Candy Plus is a dynamic and rapidly growing company engaged in the manufacture of candies, able to compete on quality and price of products. Candy Plus manufactures and sells both its brands, and also focuses much attention to the rapidly growing business of contract manufacturing.

In the summer of 2004, the company has acquired a former factory complex Maryša in Rohatec in the south-eastern part of the Czech Republic, just 20 km from the Prague-Bratislava motorway. This location is convenient for road transport to all parts of Europe.

Customer requirements:

The increase production of the confectionery lines required to extend the production lines of aging ovens.

These ovens were located on the ground floor and there was a need of vertical connection with the production line.

Our solution:

We have used two vertical conveyors of the approved one-column concept. These have been equipped with especially designed chain conveyors which enable to load and unload the pallets from the production machine.

Vertical conveyor:
is the connection link between individual conveyor systems at different floors. It is designed to transport pallets with a wieght up to 900 kg.
