Transport system of pallets to the freezer
Setup of roller pallet conveyors with goods to the freezer, up to minus 22 ° C.
Basic description of the operation of the device:
The conveyor system passes from the + 5 ° C loading area through a tunnel equipped with two doors to the freezing area. At the entrance, pallets with goods are placed by hand-guided truck on a roller conveyor, on which the pallet is measured – the overlap of goods over the pallet: height, length and width. The measurement is carried out with 2pcs of 3D cameras at each installation site. Goods are collected in the freezer compartment either by the operator using the forklift. (from the side) or unattended forklift. (from the front side of the conveyor).
