NOVOFRUCT SK, s.r.o. Nové Zámky processes fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. The final products are baby and toddler food (food with fruit and vegetables), food for children, canned food with fruit and vegetables, meat spreads and ready meals. Since 2009 the company produces wide assortment of ORGANIC baby food, meals and drinks.
Customer requirements:
With the growing production the old slow machines had to be replaced by new ones with higher capacity.
The intend of the customer was to purchase new machines for the beginning and end of the baby food production line.
Our solution:
We have proposed a frame concept depalletizer with upper outfeed. The robust and rigid frame ensures reliable operation and long lifetime by minimal maintenance. The main advantage is cost effectivnes and minimal footprint.
The company ATRIMA has designed efficient and technicaly unique solution of depalletisation with this AD512 depalletiser. The result is 100% technological effectivity, trouble-free operation and high working safety.
