Lamellar conveyor for bottles and cans

This conveyor is used to transport full or empty bottles and cans.

Design:
Lamellar chain is stored on sliding guiding at the main frame. This is made from stainless sidewalls and reinforcing bars. The sidewalls are mounted on hight adjustable feet with anti-vibration feet and the adjustable side guiding is mounted on it. Slant-running design enables optimal transport of bottles with ideal side-transfers from conveyor to conveyor.

Pressureless shifting table

Is beeing used in filling lines for glass bottles for failureless shifting of the bottles.
By the shifting the tilting of the table and different speeds of individual lamellar chains is used. By the tilting the bottles are pressed by gravity to the bottom side guiding and progressively fill the gaps between the bottles which arise by transfers on faster chains. By this shifting there is no pressure between the bottles.
