Customer description:

Campina is a registered mark of the Royal Friesland Campina company. FrieslandCampina can be found by milions of people in more than hundred countries all around the world in dairy products, cheese, butter and ingredients.

Customer requirements:

The customer aim was to complete his production line for milk, yoghurt and deserts from soy with a palletiser.

The palletiser should enable application of paper interlayers between each layer. A part of the project was also the transport of full pallets into a cold storage.

Our solution:

We have used the proven concept of decreasing frame palletizer which enables lower layer centering by storing of the next layer so the trays slip into their locks exactly.

This is an universal solution for palletizing of cartons, group packagings, trays or crates. The product infeed is in a height of min. 2400 mm and is stored on the pallet over a transfer plate. Capacity is up to 200 layers/hour. .

Design:
Compact frame design of the machine with product transfer on pallet by a transfer plate.

Solid machine frame ensures maximal rigidity and minimal used space.
The frame is welded from bended carbon steel profiles.
Palletising head consists of transfer plate and centering which enables creating of gaps between the products.
Palletising head is fixed the pallet moves underneath on a vertical conveyor.
The frame of the vertical conveyor is hanging on four chains which enable the vertical movement.
The machine is equiped with integrated interlayer applicator which inserts the interlayers between the layers according to the choosen programme.
The interlayers are filled manually into a magazine.
Simple but effective design solution ensures smooth and carefull handling of all types of products.
The modular design enables to organize the machines with optimal usage of the given area.
