Chain conveyors
The basic structural element of the conveyor is a chain conveyor.
It serves to transport and manipulate objects. The chains are seated in plastic lines and form a continuous path. . The basic structural element of the conveyor is a chain conveyor. Its dimensions (length, size), load capacity and material design are always dependent on the nature of the transported item.
The conveyor is designed to transport pallets oriented across the direction of movement. The pallet is carried by two chains 16 B1 which support it under the supporting prisms. The chain is guided in a longitudinal beam, which forms both a frame and a guide for the chain carrier.
The return branch passes through the inside of the profile where it moves along the prism providing the minimum resistance. The individual beams of the conveyor forming the overall frame are connected by partitions. In addition, the frame is fitted with adjustable legs with a swiveling antivibration foot.
The conveyor is made of material 11 373 with polyurethane varnish coatings. The chain drive gear wheels are equipped with cementation for longer life. Shafts and stressed parts are made of 11,600 steel. The bearings are equipped with 2RS dust protection. The frame is covered with standard 2 coats, with the surcharge option of powder coating or galvanizing. Color shade as desired.
