Palletizer for plastic packaging AP111

High-performance automatic palletizing equipment designed to stack cartons, group packs or crates on a pallet for a Czech customer. 

Palletization  improves packaging and facilitates the handling of goods.

The palletizer here replaces a monotonous manual activity that risked injury.

The goods enter the machine at a height of approx. 1,000 mm and are stored gently using a transfer plate.

Pallets:

Pallets in four dimensions but different types (metal, plastic, wood):

f.e. dimension 1200x1000mm

Cardboard boxes are combined with wooden pallets only.

Plastic packaging (KLT) can be used with all these pallet types.

 

Number of layers:

There are usually 4 layers for cartons.

For plastic packaging, in most cases the maximum number of layers is set at 6.
